Why I chose independent publishing
There was never a moment where I “decided” against traditional publishing.
What interested me was building something intentionally.
The Executor Series was always designed to operate as more than a single novel. The books connect to one another structurally and atmospherically. The physical editions matter. The pacing matters. The visual identity matters. Even the silence between releases matters.
Independent publishing made it possible to protect that architecture.
It allows direct connection with readers, carefully developed editions, creative flexibility, and the freedom to let the series expand at the speed the material requires instead of the speed an external system demands.
That does not mean smaller ambitions.
If anything, it means larger ones.
The goal was never simply to release a book. The goal was to build a world that feels coherent across novels, audiobooks, collector editions, visual design, and the growing ecosystem surrounding the series itself.
Quietly.
Carefully.
System by system.
